Federal Skilled Trades Class and Express Entry:-

The Federal Skilled Trades Class program is known to be one of the three federal economic programs managed by the Government of Canada’s Express Entry system. This justifies that in order to begin the process of immigration to Canada as a tradesperson; the candidate must first create an online Express Entry profile and hold a Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score. Based on factors like skills, work experience, language ability, education and others CRS determines the applicant’s ranking in the Express Entry pool.

Federal Skilled Trades Class applicants may have lower CRS scores than other candidates in the Express Entry pool because they are not required to prove their level of education.
